We answer all questions we receive about Bikemoto motorcycle rentals. On this page, we highlight frequently asked questions. We update the section on an ongoing basis.

What does a classic motorcycle rental include?
Motorcycle, additional equipment (helmet, gloves, helmet) and an environmental mileage limit of up to 500 km/day applies.

How long is the rental period?
The rental period is a minimum of 1 rental day, i.e. from 10:00 a.m. one day to 10:00 a.m. the next day. The maximum period is 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

What conditions must the tenant meet?
The driver must have the right to drive a motorcycle.

Under what conditions can I cancel my order?
Anytime Booking Cancellation Protection is selected. In other cases, free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the rental period.

Do I need separate insurance for the rental?
Bikemoto does not require additional insurance, but our motorcycle insurance does not include personal insurance, which is why we also recommend personal protection insurance.

What is the renter's liability if the motorcycle has an accident or is stolen?
The renter's liability in the event of an accident depends on the selected insurance package.

Can I rent the motorcycle to someone else? 
Yes, you can rent a motorcycle from someone else. The company can also rent a motorcycle to a private individual. If renting in someone else's name, the responsible private person/person authorized by the company must have signed the corresponding contract.

Do I have to take into account the deposit when renting?
ah. Before renting, the Tenant pays a deductible deposit if the Lessor asks for it.

What types of motorcycles does Bikemoto rent out? 
Bikemoto rents adventure and touring motorcycles as well as street and style motorcycles. All motorcycles are intended for use only on designated roads.
